Solved it somehow. Dont know how. I updated my firmware to latest rootable. Factory reset via service menu. And did some edid writing via service menu. Afterwards it worked.

Thx for that hint. I can control volume of my soundbar via arc when TV is soft off, but I cant hear the hdmi input, even if kodi is still playing something to tv.

Is it possible to keep HDMI Inputs & arc alive when going soft off? I have a soundbar connected via hdmi arc and a nuc running kodi connected to tv hdmi.
Something like hdmi passthrough in standby would be great, without having a full blown avr.

Same Problem here in 2021 with my Q800A. How to solve this issue? Anynet is on on both sides.

as changing a TV regional code is possible, is there any way known, how to change the region code of a samsung soundbar, like Q800A/EN to Q800A/ZG.
