Re: Wireless media stick
Try ebay, much cheaper. But I agree. It's not for everybody. I am very happy with it since I don't have to hack my tv anymore to have certain features. Don't buy it you don't like it. To each his own. I just thought I'd help some people who really want some features but are tired of those firmware u...

Bought it on ebay. Should solve a couple of things like samba or nfs. I think they are working on recording too. That's all I need. Will report later.

Wireless media stick
Anyone heard of the Wireless Media Stick from hsti.com? They actually encourage hacking the stick. Sounds like an opportunity to me (to anyone who can hack it actually).

Re: Install Series D Firmware on Series C TV
Try it yourself and tell us.
Seriously though, I would advice against it. It?s not like Windows XP or some other computer os. The drivers could be missing or totally different from your own.

Absolutely no way to hack my tv
Was able to hack my tv before. Then something went wrong and I had to reset it. After that it was impossible to hack it, whatever I tried. Anyone a suggestion?
My Tv is a UE46C6900. PVR still works though.
