Hello. I bought this player from pawn shop. The player is crashing /freezing/ after like 30-60 seconds of playing TV, MKV, avi /it always start with sound problems/, sometimes in menu .... I upgraded to latest firmware,.. no luck. Then I found out, that in Samsung contact menu is showing BD-D8500 mo...
