this model sold here local to futureshop. unfortunilely i wanted the 8000 and choose this. now im having issues with netflix that it dont save my password. anyway revert to previous firmware?

i have t-mst10pausc on my un55es6820 tv. its .24 latest firmware. anyone know to downgrade it cause im having issues where the tv aint storing password for netflix app. seems everytime i have to log into netflix when i exit it.
