PVR can be enabled on the 6100 with the latest firmware, however, you will need an IR blaster as ruSamsungTVCommunicator has been blocked from sending 3SPEED twice by the latest firmware.

Do you have the TV tuned to a dtv channel? It will say not available if its on HDMI or any other input besides tv

It is possible to enable on a ES6100, normally you would just enable it then tune into a DTV channel and press the record button. For accessing the extended service menu ruSamsungCommuncator has been blocked by newer firmwares from sending 3SPEED or FACTORY so I believe an IR blaster is the only way...

I could do a similar service menu setting list off my ES6100 if it would help after I replace the motherboard?

I can get you the motherboard model and spec for the 6300 but i cant get you the 5700 info, do you have it?

My TV is currently bricked, I doubt it is related though, after further research one of my friend micom upgraded it while playing with my service menu >.<

Yes, but it has been running fine on the 6500 model, it power cycled and was used all day without issue, then i plugged in my 3tb hdd and it worked fine, but when i shut the tv off the red light never came on

I recently updated my tv to 1027 and now the red light woulnt turn on anymore or react at all. Any ideas would be apprieciated
