Did you try to change things in the hidden feature menu?
I got a boot loop and logo was upside down, what fixed it was do a eeprom reset.

Hi just a idea but there is no list of working configurations for tv?s that not support the pvr to get it activated :) maybe its not possible for the hole d series, so correct me if i am wrong. THX for the reply juuso. I did it again and now it works. What i did is waited longer First time i turned on the tv right a way and waited 20sec when eeprom was bridged then turned it of and switched it back to normal tv. This did not work Next time i powered my tv on waited about 30 to 60 sec then ...
