Is this a known bug and how do I fix it?!!! Any suggestions, advice etc. etc. would be most appreciated. The unit is unusable in its current state and each time it happens I feel as though someone is messing with my head using a wireless remote laughing their heads off at my frustration. SMack :mrgr...

Powered up the unit. With in 5 seconds the volume had dropped to zero without user intervention!!!

Error Code 800 Resource Error appears and unable to downgrade.
Does this error code mean my firmware in unsupported for downgrade?

Using Samsung Firmware FIRHT7WWC_1016.0 Upgraded my HT-E6750W unit to latest firmware from Samsung. Now with or without DVD's loaded (don't yet have any Blu-Ray disks to test this with) and only a UA40ES6800 TV connected via ARC HDMI cable I keep getting sporadic volume changes!!!
