That statement has me worried ..

Is it no longer enough to have the samsung domains blocked on router ?!
(And .. Would someone list the current URL?s that need to be blocked .. I worry my list may be obsolete).

Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F/H series - Version 1.8.2.53

@lawre, Unfortunately the answer you already was given is correct. The key needed to decrypt your .srf file is located inside the .ss file (.ss = Secure Storage) But the .ss file is encrypted by a master-key only known to the TV deep inside some secure chip, where "we" cannot get at it ......

@iTOONZ,

Quick fix: Dont abort :-)

Slower fix: Wait for new version, where I might have fixed this issue.

Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F/H series - Version 1.8.2.53

If you use "kb=1024" basis then you're talking about KiB, MiB, GiB... Dude, I have got to disagree. For the last 40+ years we (developers and such) have been using binary numbers, and 10 bits can describe 1024 values (0-1023). Not so in electronics, for exampel .. In the domain of electro...

Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F/H series - Version 1.8.2.53

I use a formatting function .. And I think "MB" would be correct. Function now corrected to this : (ignore underscores .. They are only for preserving the format and indentation of the code) function GetTextualFileSize(const ASize: Int64): string; const __kb = 1024; begin __if ASize < kb t...

Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F/H series - Version 1.8.2.53

Hi, sorry if this is a stupid question, but what packages does the "Force upload all payloads to TV" actually include? SamyGoSo I guess, but anything else, e.g. LibPvrAnyDev? Or LibPVRtoTS? After upload, are the changes permanent? Or only until next TV reboot. I have root access and PVRDe...

Re: [PC] SamyGO PVRDecoder for E/F/H series - Version 1.8.2.53

"I have some problems to get the Sype [SIC] replacement root working" is slightly off topic here. Seek help in a thread concerning itself with rooting and Skype, and such stuff. This thread concerns itself with the PVRDecoder (only) and not the many problems with the platform needed to mak...

Re: How can I run 'micom reboot' command in javascript?

@Smart_Lover,

Sorry dude, my bad ...

I was thinking about all the posts on this forum where people describe how they bricked their TV
by fooling around with the MICOM menuitem in the extended service-menu.

Friends ? :-)

Re: How can I run 'micom reboot' command in javascript?

Touching "micom" is basically the sure way to brick your TV .. Unless you know exactly what you are doing, and have the correct firmware-file .. You are about to kill your TV. The ONLY reason I can come up with for such a "widget" would be to destroy other peoples TV. Thus, - Thi...
