still nothing...TV just powers on to normal watching mode and I don't see an Activate ??hannel Import/Export? menu.

Also my USB drive seem to be partitioned and I can't access or format part of the drive.

I think I may need to give up.

I downloaded the files...installed Acronis True Image Home and restored T-CHL5DEUC-?hannelImport.rar to a USB drive.

When I try the first step 1.1. TV is OFF. Attach prepared USB to it and power on TV

my TV just turns on...

Any ideas?

No unfortunately not...I feel as though I have tried everything.

Is this where I would enable the optical port in the service menu?

I have a UA32B6000 with the latest T-CHL5DEUC firmware but the optical port no longer works since it was applied.

Can I use this FFB to downgrade to a previous T-CHL5DAUC version?
