have you tried to perform the basic check for working hack with run.ok maybe with different usb-flashdrives and different fs and partition/no partition style? perhaps the linux-os in your tv still recognizes your usb and the rest fails in the tv-application, that would be a small chance... Beatfrea...

I built my ExLink cable and I managed to format the mtd_raw area but the USBs are still not working therefore I cannot load any FW, I guess I have to replace the main board...any other idea????

With the Exlink cable you can format the partition to remove the hack and have working USBs. So, after that you can go to any firmware you like. You can go to 3005.0 by installing FW0000......after that simply update to 3005. Formating mtdrwarea will only remove the hack. Thank you for your answer, the problem is that the USB ports are not working anymore and the only way to connect to the TV is the EXserial cable is it possible to install ...
