verssion 2113 -> 0000 and then problems (TV never been rooted)

now i update from 0000 to 1119 !!

i tried reset smarthub but while is resrarting setting its freezing :/

and it will be the same at factory reset on service menu

have you other ideas ?

I have only 5 seconds after i turned on tv to do something on it and after a while tv is freezing
"cant do anything only pull the cable from the tv to turn it off"

where i find reset option in service menu ?

from normal menu tv ? yes
