Thanks for your help. Seems that my Samsung IR is broken. I used the android method and got into extended service menu. To sectroyer: I enabled internal wifi but the doesn't find any wifi networks. So i can't connect to wifi and the tv stays on lan. I think with this method i can't get root :( Or do...

Possible but it requires ENABLING internal Wi-Fi in EXTENDED service menu. TV must "think" it has internal Wi-Fi

How to get into extended service menu? FACTORY+3SPEED seems not to work.
