same problem here. my samsung soundbar connected to hdmi with arc auto turn off when i hit the remote of the tv. skye hack never worked on my hu with t-nt firmware.
i had to use the other hack that came out later from you.
now im wondering if the new skype hack will work on my tv?
or is it only for tvs that used skype hack before?

when the skype root didt work 9 month ago on my tv but the non skype based method worked.

will this method now work?

nope not wirking.

when i unplugg usb and turn on tv normaly and switch to lan it instantly works.
when the tv switches to lan automaticly with youre script it obtains no ip with dhcp options on!

it switches to lan after tv reboots.
but i gains no ip adress.

USB is Not broken.
And only got disconnected after ssh stopped working
