update: I found solution. topic may be closed. 1) I removed all GNU compilers ARM/MIPS/x86 from my Ubuntu 12.04 2) Reboot and clean system via UbuntuTweak 3) Update system to 14.04 4) install GNU compilers x86/x64 from official Ubuntu repo 5) Then download arm-v7a15v3r1 toolchain, unpack it to /opt/...

That is completely expected :) But for MrKalach it does nothing!!! It means either problem with connection (the obvious suspect ATM) and/or problem with TV. Until he fixes such issues there is no point in testing anything. He gets no output for "./seekpatch". Why? Maybe because it doesn't...
