The problem I have now finally able to fix it.
In the service menu I have this then the Local Settings can make settings completely reset and after activation.
Since the device is running without any problems.
No boot loop more.

But that would not explain why the SmartTV turns on itself and stuck in the boot loop remains.

What I noticed also, the TV starts after approximately 24hours of the last power off alone and then re-suspended in the boot loop.
