Re: [App] Rooting E/F on latest firmwares
Goal is to get SamyGO-F to appear in the more apps section and then select/launch it. It should appear automatically after inserting the USB (exit the usb pop-up first) but sometimes you need to exit out of the smarthub and go back for it to get loaded in the smarthub more apps menu.

Disabling automatic updates via the user menu does prevent unintentional updates, but it's still safer to disable the function completely in the service menu.atilla wrote:Otn is on automatic update are off.. i will test it

Re: [App] libSoftPowerOff D/E/F/H
No idea but surely not related to lib indeed. Check one case where TV natively do soft power-off: do not load lib, start a recording, power-off TV then power on after a few seconds, you'll probably notice the same problem. I already verified it's purely a TV problem by doing a soft power-off from t...

Re: [App] libSoftPowerOff D/E/F/H
I have a strange problem with soft power off, not related to lib itself that works fine, but when the picture comes back on the white balance is messed up, some kind of firmware bug. So I have to cycle power completely to return the picture back to normal. Is there a method to stop and restart exeTV...

Re: [App] libScreenShot E/F/H
Works with F8500 (T-FXPAKUC) if ALT is used (pictures are tagged with SOURCE=TV instead of DTV1), ALERT works fine - neat feature. Can ALT be made to save in raw or PNG format? I would like to have unaltered RGB values from the frame buffer. So why the 1/2 size, are there two frame buffers that get ...

Re: [App] SamyGO PVRAnyDev E/F Series
Any tools to search for this symbol? I believe a firmware upgrade must have broken it because it worked earlier.

Re: [App] SamyGO PVRAnyDev E/F Series
I *think* this was working previously but I hadn't used the function very much. Now I can't seem to get it to work, here is the logfile: [PVRAnyDev] SamyGO PVRAnyDev v0.1.8 - (c) bugficks 2013 [PVRAnyDev] * F Series - T-FXPAKUC T-FXPAKUC-1206.0 2014-12-26 * [PVRAnyDev] Patching _ZN11CDevListMgr19IsV...

Re: [App] HDMI 5.1 audio passthrough patch E/F/H
Ok, thanks for the reply. My previous D-series behaved the same way. On the F-series there is also a setting in the service menu HDCP enable (on/off) and I tried in both positions but it made no difference. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
