I managed to turn panel on, and as long as it is on, it is perfectly fine.

If I turn it off and leave it for some time, it dies completely.

Hello there, my tv wont turn on, no matter what, there is no red light, no sound, no image.
Tried turning off and pressing power button on tv, but without any success.

Does anyone know psu part number and how to disassembly this panel?

I wouldn't be concerned about camera/microphone and being spied on by those.

Just dump traffic from TV when you turn it on and change channels, you would be very surprised.
I would donate even more if devs would take insight into this.

But isn't this linux based OS?
I know samsung likes to make everything "their" way.

What about spoofing drivers/hybridizating drivers?

I know I'm late to this thread, but

There is a camera(Logitech C920) which incorporates h264 v.fast internal h264 encoding
It isn't cheap but quality is really good. Also it is UVC standarized so linux drivers are just there.
It should work out of the box if we compile driver for samsung.

Hello UExxF6500 default service menu ,[menu],[mute],[power] contains OTN update option. Also advanced menu is enabled by default.
