Can anyone please help locate eeprom?

I've had difficulties getting camera to focus, and some of the chips are still very hard to see. Hello, managed to brick my tv by changing something in menu to amber by accident. I've tried to look at other pictures to find the eeprom, but I cannot find it anywhere.
