Hi, Not sure that it is the cause of your problem. If you want to do it anyway, you need to go to the extended service menu. I did it on my UE46D7000. There are different ways to do it. Could it be that you bought a TV not intended for the UK market? You might have to change the Local Set in the (extended?) service menu in order to have UK in the "Country (Area)". Do it at your own risk, you might brick your TV.

It used to work. No It doesn't anymore. Same problem as described by others. Maybe the link to a video is not retrieved properly anymore because F movie changed something?

If you on wireless please try wired connection to or try to turn off SWL on network settings if available. Please check that other apps are working correctly. (Example: Youtube) Where you got this er...

Installed on H series via USB. Cannot watch anything :"Service is unavailable due to network or service interference". Too bad

Tested on Xiaomi Mi5 (Android 6). It works fine. After 4 years, finally changed the local set of my smart tv ... (series D though).
