Still no joy, guy one the SamsungD forums suggested leaving the smart hub open for 30 mins as the 3010 error suggests its still trying to install/update something and that's stopping the new app download.
Just on the Smart Hub connection test the message is
"Unable to launch apps. You need to update your TV software. If the problem continues, please contact the Samsung Service Centre.(Err08007)"
Hey all, Really hoping someone help with this. Got my UE40H6400 Smart Tv on Tuesday and have been though the ringer with it ever since. I have factory reset the tv just to get Netflix to work. The issue I can't seem to fix is when trying to download new apps I get the error Failed to download. 3010....
