Maybe can you change the tv model inside service menu? From ju6400 to a model with pvr?
In the past with a old series I found this solution.. In my case the trick is working..

With my pc and my smartphone I can navigate in internet always.. No one can enter inside my smartphone or pc and block my internet.. So, I dont like the idea that samsung can block my smarthub.. My internet.. There is a way to prevent this activity of samsung? Can I enable or disable some setting in...

Oh! So.. The smarthub is not physically inside the tv? So when I click the smarthub button on remote Im really connecting on some samsung server? So all my internet favorites are saved on some samsung server?

Now this message appear on my tv: "Smarthub Service will be maintenance from 25/11/2015 03:00 to 25/11/2015 11:00 (europe/rom). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused". So samsung can stop for maintenance my smarthub?? Samsung can stop the possibility to use the internet bro...

Im trying to do some factory resets: service menu and smart hub.. I hope to solve the problem..
And actually I disabled the "samsung instant on" function, so the tv is really power off, memorizing correctly all informations/changes.

Please guys help me.. After the last software update on my 40 inch ju7000 (the current version is 1412) .. now my tv is autotuning in standby.. I checked the menu.. the "standby auto tuning" is OFF... so I try to modify the channel list order.. but again the tv is tuning again the channels...

I explain you why I ask this question: recently Samsung sent some updates to my smart tv j7000 40 inch... after that a banner on top of tv was appearing every time I power on tv... the messages was something like that "trasponders are updates you must use automatic memorization or manual memori...

really? on old series it was possible to do with an "zero" firmware... I dont remember the exact name of the zero firmware.. but on serie C I was doind the downgrade...
