+1... is there any way to downgrade to a previous stock FW version? Or it's locked? The online flashed version is 2770.1, USB flashable version is 2770.0 so I can't even reflash firmware from USB.

I have the same symptom with Samsung Galaxy S4, stock Android. It looks like it starts connecting then it says connection closed. FW version 2770. Anynet+ function also has been screwed up in this firmware version. I hope they will fix it, then I'll disable OTN completely.

Disabling auto update in Menu is not the same as disabling OTN?

Yeah, but it's late now. I'm going to wait for a fix from Samsung, I really hope they will fix this issue. Then I'll disable auto upgrade completely. Why should I upgrade _automatically_ something that _WORKS_, no?
