After switching from EU_GER to EU the red button disappeared in my case. I'm also in Germany. Even switching back to EU_GER war not working (Till I switched the language regions in the settings to Germany or in my case to Luxemburg which is the closest one.

Solved -> Switched the Country in the Regular Menu for the TV Programs Region to Luxemburg and now both is working
-> This is so awesome

Is there a way to activate the dataservice as well as the PVR?
Does the Dataservice depend on service menu region or on the Smarthub region?

Just press Info and then the Factory Key (without starting up in Service Menu)

How do i change the Local Set?
I've tried Factory, 3Speed and LocSetup but did not get a possibility to change it?

It was never possible so far as i've got it.
And i guess it will never be possible due too DRM

So what I've already tried was using the SPEED3 Key and changing the Option in the Menu. In addtion I've changed the "Startup Language" to see if any of the Settings will stay changed. The result was that after the Factory Reset the Language was changed but the PVR Option was set back to O...
