Regardless of whether from standby or when it was without power.

Yes i have developer mode on the TV , she show me in red Text.
In the tizen studio in device manager i can not press the + button or execute scan he does not find the TV.
what i doing wrong?

Hello, I can not root my TV UE40JU6450, Firmware 1480 keep me close to the instructions. SamyGO created VM.
