Sectroyer,
Thanks for the quick response.
Can you suggest a specific H series? For example, is UN40H5500 good for rooting? Also does it matter at all that its a U.S model?
Thanks again,
Paul Everglade

Best TV for rooting?
Hi all,
I wanted to know which model TV was the best to root. I am looking to get an American H series TV to root. Are American versions harder or not rootable? Only reason I ask is that I noticed most of the TVs talked about on this forum are European versions.
Thanks,
Paul Everglade

Ex-Link Port missing?
I have a UN32J5205AXFZA. I can't find the Ex-Link/serial port on the back of the TV and was wondering if not all Samsung Smart TVs has this type of port. Looking at product pages across the web for this TV some say the model should have the port and some say that there isn't one. If there isn't an o...

Zoelechat,
Sorry I don't mean to be bothersome. Just hoping to get help with my TV. Everyone always talks about how great SamyGo is so I want to try it out.
Thanks,
Paul

Donation Alternative?
Hi all,
Since those who wish to donate to gain access to the private forums can't at the moment, would the SamyGo team be willing to open the private forum posts until they can get donations back in place?
Let me know what you think?

Re: SSL Certificates
Hi aluisperezh, Thanks for the response. Basically I want to mitm the TV using a proxy made by mitmproxy.org. "Mitmproxy can decrypt encrypted traffic on the fly, as long as the client trusts its built-in certificate authority. Usually this means that the mitmproxy CA certificates have to be in...
