I'm stumped on the error code 013 right after hitting the Install Skype. The DNS setting is pointing directly to Google public servers, the OTN is disabled in the advanced service menu. I can't seem to read anywhere but, is there an order for installing the Skype App? Does it matter if OTN is disabled then install skype, or first install skype then disable OTN? I'm getting an error code 013 which is mostly related to DNS, but just wanna make sure it doesn't come from disabling OTN ...

Yep just checked FW version, it's T-GFP8.
