Sorry to be a noob, what and where is factory + 3speed? I have downloaded the app and then downloaded the remote through the link. I can got to service menu but I am not sure about what is factiry + 3speed thingy?

I went into service menu and I could see Tuner option. I changed it but the settings are not saved. Region settings are also greyed out.
