Yes if I exit the service menu and enter the sound options I see the Bluetooth audio in the menu. However I do not see the TV when I scan it with my phone as it should be and when I enter the service menu again without off/on I do not see the BT MAC address. Are you sure the TV must not be rebooted ...

Mercì - I set EU generic region and PVR is enabled and works! Also BT works enabling it (hardware has BT already!:). No need to factort reset either! All good! Cheers!

#update: I switches region from Eu_Italy to EU and PVR is now ON by default. However the language is forced to English (ok for me but not for my parents;). I guess I need to find a local compatible model that has PVR enabled.
Any suggestions are welcome!

I can confirm that this also works on the 49MU6120, enabling BT works and remains after reboot:). Now to find what model has PVR enabled (maybe the 6100 also has this?)
