smart hub write unable to connect to the server try later and in menu "channel" is still grey

I downgraded my es7000 tv from 002022 to 2003.4, and tv`s menu category "chanel" now is greyed. Is this normal? and I can`t connect in smart hub like developer, how I can install widgets to my tv?
maybe there is a place where I can read more ?
