I solved the problem. I entered the service menu and checked the settings. Model number was different in Service menu. I set the correct model than it seems DVB-S menü.

I have 55D7000. I have used my TV for 4 years with external DVB-S receiver. When I want to use the TV with its internal receiver, it doesn't seem DVB-S receiver option in menu.
