I have a UN46B8000 and the only option for Ireland, Russia, etc. is in Yahoo Widget settings, but that doesn't give me the option to enter an IP address or syncronize widgets. Thanks to juuso, I was able to successfully install the Hack widget.

Then it was easy to copy the FFB to my TV, and then run FFB to downgrade my UN468000 TV with firmware 1018 down to pre-February 1013.
