Did not. Actually, opened the Service Menu and didn't even have the option to see the Model. Thanks for the info! Will check that thread.

Samsung TV Stuck in "Check that the One Connect is connected to the TV"
Hey! So, I woke up today and powered on the TV as I normally would, but a message saying "Check that the One Connect is connected to the TV" appeared. From that point, I couldn't do anything. I powered off the TV, powered it back on and same thing. Contacted Samsung Support and suggest to ...
