Hi I've just joined and any help would be appreciated. I have this TV www.whathifi.com/samsung/t23b550ex/overview I'm not sure of the series but I think it might be E, the model is T23B550. I'm looking to downgrade the firmware to the one that has Amazon prime etc on but not sure on the exact versio...
