Same problem with my F7000. Using "INFO+MENU+MUTE+POWER" Tv doesn't enter in service menu. Someone solved this problem?

Hi everyone, I have a great problem. I applied firmware 0000.0 on my UE46F7000, but after restart it freeze and restart. I've tried many times to enter in Service Menu by pressing INFO->MENU->MUTE->POWER when tv is in stand-by. Everytime tv starts normally and freeze. What I'm doing wrong?
