Yeah these forums are pretty dead now. Service manuals are not publically available, and I don't think any similar models have been leaked online yet. If you don't want to call in a Samsung repair tech, you're probably on your own for disassembly. Maybe check Youtube? Part number should on the PSU. ...

No that does not work. I figured out it's mute 1 8 2 power. Additionally it must be typed slowly, the TV must be on an input with no signal, and even then I only have a 50% success rate. My unit is picky!

Having the same issue. There is no settings button, do you mean menu?

I can't even get INTO the service menu on my UN49MU6500. What is the exact button combination for this model?
