Enable PVR on Plasma F4900?

I have a plasma TV model PL51F4900, it's not a smart TV but has built in allshare, I entered the service menu and I set PVR Support = ON and set PVR NUM = 1 (using service remote app), but sadly when I press record it still shows "not available" on screen.

Any help?
