I have exactly the same problem with UE46H7090. I even managed to get out of the loop. I tried like 200-300 time different IR codes incl 182power, info etc. then suddelny (not sure if it has something to do with the IR codes) I got the message, that no programs in the memory. From there, i could do...

its not repair problem dear its software problem can you expert give us any suggest how can remove this error and solve problem... You need to change the software on tvs emmc.
