When the tech support comes today I will ask and hopefully I can get a positive answer. Also, I hope, they will be able to correct this on the spot. Do not want to have to return the tv and wait for an exchange due to a software glitch (if that's what you call it lol). Will keep you updated.

Thank you for response. Yes, it is definitely A. The model I purchased was from 2021. I called samsung and they are sending a tech support out to me. I think they used the wrong firmware for my model.
