Thats good news, hopefully you will not get too annoyed with the limitations of the samsung software - one big one for me, enough to make me post on the link i provided above (i have exactly the same TV and had the exact same firmware as you btw) is that you cant ff rw and resume playback over DLNA....

read up in the wiki about "how to get root on your TV" ull be able to see what you can do with samoGO extensions etc (after this your lan port will be useful) first before u can do anything need to know what firmware do you have... your tv might be in the lucky list or you might have to po...

crapme, if you get the extensions you can add your share into the /SamyGO/etc/init.d/04_04_samba.init DEST_DIR=$MOUNT_PATH/smb SERVER="192.168.1.198" # SERVER="10.0.0.1" # if you want a fixed server SHARES="share" then when the tv is turned on and the usb is plugged in ...

i think seeing as i had to change /dtv/usb/sda1/SamyGO/etc/init.d/02_04_vusb.init PVRIMAGE="$SYSROOT/pvrimage" to PVRIMAGE="/dtv/usb/sda1/SamyGO/pvrimage" to make the vusb find the pvrimage :s ......... maybe my initial setup is incorrect could someone confirm steps 10. 11. 12. f...

hey juuso ... if Jamal418 is running the the extensions maybe hes have the same problem i was with the modules???? when i didnt have the right modules installed.... sometimes i was getting my shares from boot. sometimes not... if i ran the sh scipt the mounts worked... this method was very VERY anno...
