If I updated with backup of original 3000.2 appdata.img and exe.img whole procedure worked according the first post, but if I updated with 2004.1's appdata.img and exe.img the same procedure ended with Segmentation fault. Some TV's are looks working after such an update. My TV simply doesn't works a...

I try to rollback LE40B750U1WXXH T-CHL7DEUC-3000.2 on firmware T-CHL7DEUC-2004.1, but unsuccessfully. See the telnet session log. Everything proceed fine, but last command /mtd_exe/rc.local ended with Segmentation fault (core dumped). TV halted with black screen, I hesitate to restart TV, because I ...

But, if I understand correctly, your success is possible only because you have installed Telnet Enabler into TV memory before upgrade to damned firmware 3000.2. So there is no way for others which have no Telnet Enabler?

I was wondering if anybody ever manage to put the tv into standby, the way lcd turns off but operating system still up and running. I am not at home in front of TV, but it is possible to do with remote control, just search in Menu section (named Various or Common? - I don't remember) with settings ...
