Solution might be an eeprom reset (check wiki for how-to).
In case you worry, your tv is already kind of brick with no rc anyway

You probably need to restore some values from former mainboard service menu (such as TV model/type if different, or "num of panel key" for example). Also factory reset could help (then, or at all).

Second, I think keydumper is E/F only and PVRdecoder works another way with H (don't remember, no H here, you dig :) ) Otherwise you can inject that stuff and then all recordings can be decryp...
