It's hit and miss I think. Before you but one check if it has firmware which can be rooted.

Best option is to buy series 8000 as there is firmware 0000 to downgrade anytime. So if you will mess something you will always be able to fix it

I didn't mention turning off OTN in service menu as this is obvious

Guys use OpenDNS to block unwanted stuff like sammy updates

Guys does any firmware release for ue48hu7500 have T-GFP8DEUC in front? Just bid one of this and wondering if I'll be able to downgrade?
