Hi,

probably you have a different firmware than the c6700 ?!

Do you also have the T-VALDEUC ? like the internet@TV versions ?

Hi,

probably the SW VERSION: T-VAL6DEUC-1012.1 is not the right one ... as I read the C6000 series has the T-VAL6DEUC* and the 6700 Series (and higher) has the T-VALDEUC* ?!
