I have bought a c6510. all it's ok!
and when I enter inside the service menu I can read the exactly purchase date! so.. the vendor is sending an email to samsung and then samsung is sending a signal to my tv when I see the tv? and write the purchase date inside the firmaware?
really I dont understand this step..

they just make factory reset
(i guess... after this procedure panel time and purchase date become zero)

Yeah, I do not have a C series TV, but in my service menu, the purchase date is completely blank
