Patch GMT Timezone Help

Hi i am looking for help to patch GMT time zone for T-VALDEUC
now i did find GEOpatcher but i don't think it supports my tv viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1173
I am at the stage where i have decrypted firmware and extracted exeDSP and found "CountrySpecBase" with hex edit but don't know my next step.
