Doesn't work on my UE50MU6120 (firmware 1250), sending from my Raspberry Pi using the ARM binary.

Just hangs after entering the command line.

Samsung removed feature from fw 1250, as told 2 posts above.

No need to report fw>=1250 anymore now 1st (and last) post explicitly tells it won't work.

its working from ubuntu machine ,i assume something is wrong with the ARM packages. (static and dynamic gevin the same results.)

Can't guess fw, platform and build if you don't report :)
All builds have been tested, within hardware I have at disposal though. What is device?

Well I don't know if rpi3 has anything specific vs "standard" armv7 I used (hardfloat maybe... I thought static build would workaround)
Please try these ones I compiled with supposedly dedicated toolchain (rpi-gcc-6.3.0, is that it? you missed to tell :D )
Untested on rpi, no such toy here, but succeeded on another arm device.

Did you try the special version already? I have both rp2 and rp3 in combination with a QE7F. Is the firmware relevant for this device?
