I'm having problems with my Samsung TV and I'm gonna change mainboard for it. TV model is LE46C750R2KXXU with mainboard BN94-03388F
I have looked ebay for used mainboard several months without luck but I found a mainboard for 40" version of my TV, LE40C750R2KXXU with mainboard BN94-03388E so I decided to buy it, but is it safe to try it in my 46" TV?
If the 40" mainboard works in my 46" TV, what should I take into consideration? Should I change many values in service menu? Does it affect to picture quality if its not 46" mainboard?
I just bought the 40" mainboard from ebay and I will get it on this or next week.
TV has T-VALDEUC-1016.0 if that matters.
40" have psu BN44-00340A http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BN44-00340A-S ... SwzlNZh0AY
46" have psu BN44-00341A http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/POWER-SUPPLY- ... Sw4CFYv-af
I understand that 40" and 46" mainboards have own code for mainboard because of different settings, but why would they do different psu too for 40" and 46" models. Arent the settings same for psu for 40" and 46"? PSU:s also look different for 40" and 46"
But I think 40" mainboard may work with 46" psu?
And i imagine it may work with 40 as the outpult voltages are same for both.
