Hi,
I have the same model/firmware as kotydz. I attached a picture. I too couldn't access telnet, using wired or wireless connection, USB1 or 2 port.
So I understand there's no solution for telnet/patching yet?
Thanks.

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hi,
A just installed SamyGo extensions and gues what, IT WORKS! MediaTomb was detected an I could play some films, no subtitles though. I will try with samba.
I assumed that it wouldn't work if telnet enabler didn't work. But I also connected on ssh and it works OK.
I just want to say BIG THANK YOU for your great work!

Hi porksome,
If you already have telnet it should be easy to discover version of older firmware. First you should find what device TV is currently using as /mtd_exe partition:Answer should be:orIf you see that /dev/tbml10 is mounted on /mtd_exe then mount /dev/tbml8 on /mnt:if currently /dev/tbml8 is mounted on /mtd_exe then mount /dev/tbml10 on /mnt:After mounting backup partition on /mnt check what firmware string is in exeDSP:this command takes several minutes to complete but return exact version of firmware backup. For my TV i have these values in Version.* files - for T-CHL7DEUC-2004.1and for T-CHL7DEUC-2005.0
Happy hacking

I just update wiki page about enabling telnet http://wiki.samygo.tv/index.php?title=F ... r_firmware.
There is now special Telnet Enabler Trojan, so no need download any game or samsung content.
It works on new buy B series TV too.

True, only models with Content Library.tracer79 wrote:Sorry for the dumb question but this forced rollback with the Telnet Enabler Trojan should work on B550 series too? If yes, can you please help me how? Actually I'm stuck at point "Enter Content Library Manager", I don't have such. If it's not possible can it be added to the wiki what models this hack is available for? Thanks.
