Samsung UExxD5700 - rooting

My question is: can the same procedure be applied to a Samsung UE46D5700? (what kind of processor does this model have)

So this means that the rooting procedure for arm based CPUs is not applicable on this model (UE46D5700).

will the samygo extensions be compatible? or not, because of a other cpu?

First: dissable OTN updates in service menu, because latest firmwares (over Internet or USB) completely disable SamyGO.
Second: yes, for Mstar only SamyGO Extensions are available, but not additional patches like for arm models.

half true then some parts of extensions not working for mstar, like: virtual usb kernel module, samba server not starts...

then if somebody has time the next days and he/she is linux professional (you have bash scripting, debug skills) then let us know, i will enable mstar based extensions for max. 2 testers in widgetlist.
but don't forget to help us to get the stuff working for mstar, not just install and enjoy partial working stuff and leave us alone

hm, ok I have the skills which are needed but dont know if i have the time - what is to do?

EDIT: Ok, when I get a solution to my problem of calibration from AV i will do the debugging - but first I must be sure, that i dont need to send the tv to the support.
EDIT2: now i finally resolved my calibration problem - so dont need the service - where we can talk? IRC? Skype? Just PM me

Mstar widget is allowed for public. Instructions to install and use. Issues with vusb and samba server still exist.
