i start to check for buying new tv with satellite tuner and one that can run oscam.
from model E F H only 7xxx or 8xxx can run oscam or also 6xxx ?

For sure any E/F (5/6/7/8, beware not all have sat tuner), and rootable H-MST (for now need fw<=2130, very little chance if TV is brand new...).
